1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ku977 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing ku977.club, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any service offered by the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, or any part of them, you must immediately stop using the ku977 platform and close your account if one has already been created. ku977 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account at ku977, all of the following eligibility criteria must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ku977 operates a strict 21-plus policy. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed and any funds held pending review.
• You must register using accurate and truthful personal information. ku977 may request identity documents at any time to verify the information provided. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You may hold only one registered account at ku977. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any winnings accumulated in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or be subject to any exclusion order that covers ku977 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or during active account use.

3Account Registration and Security

All accounts at ku977 are personal and non-transferable. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity conducted through their account, including all bets placed, all deposits made and all withdrawals initiated. ku977 will treat all activity conducted through an account as having been authorised by the registered account holder.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. ku977 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or telephone. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
• You must notify ku977 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ku977 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to notify us promptly.
• ku977 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, collusion or any other form of prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
• Account holders in Bangladesh may be required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued photo identification.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

ku977 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ku977 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform.
• ku977 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as your bKash or Nagad operator) may impose their own charges. ku977 is not responsible for fees applied by third-party payment processors.
• Deposits are credited to your ku977 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 15 minutes of approval. ku977 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification or where a withdrawal is flagged by our fraud prevention systems.
• Players may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in their own name. ku977 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Where ownership of a withdrawal destination cannot be verified, ku977 may decline or reverse the transaction.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ku977 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out below. Players must read the applicable promotion terms before claiming any bonus.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover amount is stated on each individual promotion page.
• ku977 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where abuse of bonus terms is suspected. If a bonus is cancelled after partial play-through, any winnings generated from that bonus may be forfeited.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements stated on the relevant promotion page. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and must be played through before withdrawal.
• Where a player holds both bonus funds and real-money funds, the platform operates a bonus-first policy by default — bonus funds are wagered before real-money funds unless the player forfeits the bonus through account settings.

6Responsible Gaming

ku977 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity within enjoyable and sustainable limits. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits by contacting support. A reduction in deposit limit takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. An increase in deposit limit may be applied immediately at ku977's discretion.
• Time-outs: Players may request a temporary break from the platform for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, betting and deposit functionality is suspended. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the period expires.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel gambling may be becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible. Players who self-exclude are encouraged to seek professional counselling support.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ku977 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human use.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf. Creating an account on behalf of a third party, or accepting third-party funds for the purpose of gambling on their behalf, is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event or market, or sharing information in a way that provides an unfair advantage. This includes chip dumping in poker and coordinated betting on live dealer games.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, or using the ku977 platform in any way that constitutes money laundering or the financing of prohibited activities under applicable law.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the ku977 platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, audio, video, user interface elements and the overall platform architecture — is the intellectual property of ku977 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of ku977. Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute infringement of copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

9Limitation of Liability

ku977 provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku977 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. ku977 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ku977 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption to gaming, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. In no event shall ku977's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Privacy and Data Protection

ku977 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ku977 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between players and the platform. Personal data is not sold or rented to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

11Amendments to These Terms

ku977 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ku977 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting on the platform or by emailing the address registered on the account. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ku977 platform. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be referred to ku977 customer support for resolution through good-faith negotiation. ku977 aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of the complaint being lodged.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under applicable consumer protection law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
